Bio

Rajesh’s career is rich with 25+ years’ experience utilizing solid entrepreneurial strengths to develop and transform start-ups and Global Telecom companies into high-growth organizations across Fin Tech, Telco and digital connectivity realms. He is an accomplished, success-driven leader with a demonstrated track record of building and sustaining long-term partnerships to drive business expansion across global and domestic levels within Telco, banking, enterprises, and retail industries. Rajesh brings in an innovative leadership style, known for directing, training, and influencing team members with keen focus on improving capabilities and performance. He has broad expertise in devising and implementing robust strategies to identify and capitalize on lucrative business opportunities for sustainable corporate growth. Rajesh is on advisory board of Edtech, AI/ML and Fintech companies and is also building last mile digital connectivity post exiting from his Fintech venture. In the past, he has also served on the board of Solar/Invertor company. During his career, he has led in companies like Lucent, Philips, Samsung, Tekelec (now Oracle) at various leadership positions.

Rajesh is extremely passionate about expanding skilling horizons of the youth of J&K and is the chair for skilling committee of JKDAF. His vision is to empower each deserving youth with industry relevant skills to substantially increase their employability.
