An ICT professional with 46 years of experience. A BE from NIT Srinagar, MBA from IGNOU, and a Cerified Project Management Professional. He has worked in NHPC, Overseas Communications Services, Department of Telecom, BSNL and TCIL. Has had the opportunity of working on International projects, including the prestigious PAN African eNetwork, SAARC eNetwork, Indo USSR Tropscatter project He is the Past President of the Telemedicine Society of India. Former Chairman & Managing Director of TCIL. His passion is leveraging Emerging Technologies for mitigating challenges of the developing nations, besides entrepreneurship and sustainability.
