Dr Subi Chaturvedi is a distinguished strategic advisory, corporate affairs and communications professional with over two decades of industry experience across areas such as digital economy, entrepreneurship, startups, deepening democracy, sustainability & diversity working with governments, international organizations and multilateral institutions in leadership roles. She has served as the Global Co-Chair of the Netmundial Initiative, Member of the UN Internet Governance Forum (MAG), appointed by the UNSG, as well on the Boards of UK India Business Council (UKIBC), & IGFSA. She has assisted bilateral negotiations between sovereign nations culminating in MoUs in the areas of ICT, financial, digital and health services worth over $100 mn.
She currently serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs & Public Policy Officer (SVP- Global), Inmobi, India’s first unicorn and now a double unicorn with Glance also notching up incredible growth in less than two years since its inception.
Dr. Chaturvedi was previously serving as head Corporate Affairs and Communication at Zupee, India’s leading online skill-based games and gamification platform. She has also held leadership positions in the country’s leading banks, industry bodies, chambers, advocacy firms and think tanks.
Dr Subi also currently Chairs FICCI’s committee on Women in Technology, Policy & Leadership.
She holds a PhD from IIT Delhi & a Masters in Mass Communication from the AJK Mass Communication Research Centre, topped her batch and holds gold medals in Mass Communication, Psychology, Anthropology & Commerce. As Asst. Prof. of Journalism & Communication at Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University, she has successfully taught & trained several batches of formidable journalists. Dr. Chaturvedi is widely published and a leading voice for developing countries and emerging economies on digital economy, global markets, deepening democracy, political economy, media ecology, disruptive technology, regulatory affairs and public policy.
